International Number formats
On the TEL.mobi system you must always enter all your phone numbers in the International Number format in all fields. The International Number format is as follows:
Mobile Numbers – For Calling and Texting
- Firstly, enter the International Access Symbol, which is a "+" (not an International Access Code like "00" or "011").
- Secondly, add the Country Code for the country where your Mobile Phone contract is (i.e. where you live). The worldwide list of Country Codes can be seen by clicking here
- Thirdly, add your own Mobile Phone Number – without the first 0.
- For example, the UK Mobile Phone Number 07123 456789 would be entered as follows:
- + (the International Access Symbol), then
- 44 (the Country Code for the UK), then
- 7123456789 (the Mobile Phone Number 07123456789 without the first 0), to look like this -

Landline Numbers – For Calling
- Firstly, enter the International Access Symbol, which is a "+" (not an International Access Code like "00" or "011").
- Secondly, add the Country Code for the country where your Landline Phone is. The worldwide list of Country Codes can be seen by clicking here
- Thirdly, add the City Code / Area Code of your Landline Phone – without the first 0.
- Fourthly, add your Landline Phone Number.
- For example, the UK Landline Number for a number with the London Area Code of 020 and the Landline Number 81234567 (i.e. 020 81234567) would be entered as follows:
- + (the International Access Symbol), then
- 44 (the Country Code for the UK), then
- 20 (the London Area Code 020, without the first 0), then
- 81234567 (the Landline Phone Number), to look like this -
